This Privacy Policy describes how MediaBuying OS ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when authorized agency personnel access and use our internal optimization platform.

1. Scope of Application

This platform is a proprietary internal tool designed exclusively for authorized employees and media buyers of our agency. It is not intended for public use, commercial distribution, or third-party consumers.

2. Information We Access and Collect

To facilitate workflow automation and cross-account monitoring, our platform connects to the Google Ads API. We access and process the following data:

  • Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) Data: Sub-account metrics, daily spend, campaign structures, keyword bids, and performance histories.
  • User Logs: Corporate login emails, IP addresses, timestamped authentication details, and action logs within the system dashboard.

3. How We Use the Information

All data retrieved via the Google Ads API is strictly used for real-time internal workflows, including:

  • Executing automated triggers (e.g., pausing underperforming assets based on ROI thresholds).
  • Aggregating daily budget pacing on the MCC Client Overview dashboard.
  • Maintaining mandatory security audit logs to monitor token synchronization.

4. Data Storage and Protection

We implement strict data isolation and enterprise-grade security protocols. API access tokens and authentication credentials are encrypted and stored securely within Cloudflare's secure infrastructure. Data is never cached long-term or shared with external parties.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, lease, trade, or distribute any data accessed via the Google Ads API to third-party entities. Data is only transmitted directly between our secure server infrastructure and Google Ads verified servers via secure OAuth2 authentication.
